The website mysignalsfx.com and its related services are operated by MySignalsFX, which acts as the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

a. What you give us directly

• Name and email at sign-up. If you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email from Google
• LINE ID if you provide one (for contact and support)
• Trading account number and broker name — used to link a portfolio to your profile, bind a software licence, and confirm entitlement status with a partner broker
• Strategy name, description and any logo you upload
• Messages you send us for support

b. Trading performance data (the largest set we hold)

• Trade history for the accounts you link — trades, open and close times, instruments, size, profit and loss, commission and swap
• Deposits, withdrawals and fees appearing in that account
• Balance, starting capital and equity sampled over time, including hourly highs and lows
• Broker server name, account type (live or demo), currency and the broker's time zone
• The reporting-coverage log — which periods did and did not send data
• A machine reference for the device running the reporting add-on (so nobody else can push false data under your portfolio)

c. Data created by using the site

• Technical access logs such as IP address, device and browser type, and access time
• Cookies and similar technologies (see section 10)

d. Payments — when a payment is made, our payment provider (Stripe) handles card details. We do not store or see your card number. We only see payment status and transaction references.

We never store your trading account password — neither the master nor the investor password — and the reporting add-on does not ask for them.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data for anyone else's marketing.

The point of this service is to let you publish your own trading record. What others see follows your settings, not our choices.

You decide

• Public page · closed page · or reachable only with a private link
• Listed or not listed on the public Signals page
• Hide items individually: money amounts, balance, starting capital, symbol names, broker and server, the chart, monthly returns, or trade history

Never published — your full trading account number, email, LINE ID, password, or payment details.

Anything you hide is cut on the server; it is not sent to the page and merely hidden visually.

If you publish a page, that information becomes accessible to anyone, and may be indexed by search engines or screenshotted by others — things we cannot control on your behalf. Closing the page later stops access through our systems, but cannot erase what someone else already saved.

• Infrastructure and system providers — hosting, database and email services, only as needed to run the service
• Payment provider — to process payments and prevent fraud
• Sign-in and ad-measurement providers — if you sign in with Google, and for advertising cookies (section 10)
• Partner brokers — only when you request an IB entitlement; we may share your trading account number to confirm the account really sits under our introduction
• Authorities — where a lawful order requires it

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing.

Some providers we rely on operate servers outside Thailand, so your data may be processed abroad. We choose providers with internationally recognised data-protection measures and follow what the law requires for such transfers.

• Account data — kept while your account is open
• Trading performance data — kept while the portfolio exists. Delete a portfolio and its public page closes at once; the data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period
• Reporting-coverage log — not user-deletable while the portfolio exists, because it is what makes the figures reliable; it goes when you delete the portfolio
• Payment and tax records — kept for the period the law requires, even after you close your account
• Technical access logs — kept only as long as needed for system security

You may access and obtain a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis.

To exercise a right, contact support@mysignalsfx.com. We act within the period the law allows and may ask for information to verify who you are, so that nobody else can request your data.

You can delete portfolios and close your account yourself at any time from your account page. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee office.

• All pages are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be turned back into the original — we never see them
• Access to customer data is limited to those who need it to run the service
• Admin pages are excluded from search-engine indexing

No system is 100% secure. If a breach occurs that poses a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

We use two groups of cookies:

• Necessary cookies — sign-in, security, and remembering settings such as language and theme. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site
• Advertising-measurement cookies — we use Google's advertising tools to see how our own ads perform

You choose on your first visit: a banner asks you to accept or decline. No advertising script loads until you accept. You can change your mind at any time with reset cookie choice, or block cookies in your browser. We remember your answer for six months, then ask again.

This service is for people aged 20 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes, and will always update the "last updated" date above. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will try to notify you by email or a site notice in advance, where reasonably possible.
