• "we" / "MySignalsFX" — the operator of mysignalsfx.com and related services
• "you" / "user" — anyone who registers an account or uses this site
• "Track" — the service that publishes your trading record on a public or private page
• "portfolio" — one trading account linked to your profile
• "reporting EA" — the read-only add-on installed on your trading platform that sends performance data to our system
• "partner broker" — a broker with whom we hold an introducing-broker (IB) agreement

What we provide

• A performance page fed from your trading platform by the reporting add-on
• Analysis, sharing and privacy tools for that record
• A licence to use trading software (EAs) for users entitled through a partner broker or a designated plan
• Links to partner brokers, for which we receive a referral fee

What we never do

• Accept deposits or hold any asset of yours
• Place orders on your behalf, or copy trades in any form
• Give investment advice, manage portfolios, or guarantee any return
• Ask for your trading account password — neither the master nor the investor password

• You must be at least 20 years old and legally able to enter into a contract
• The information you give us must be true and kept up to date
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account
• One person should hold one account; duplicate accounts created to dodge quotas or limits breach these terms
• Tell us at once at support@mysignalsfx.com if you suspect someone else is using your account

• The data is yours. You grant us the right to store, process and display it according to the privacy settings you choose, in order to provide, operate, troubleshoot and improve the service
• You confirm that any account you link is yours, or that you have the owner's permission
• You may make a page public, private, or reachable only with a secret link, and you may hide selected fields
• You can remove a portfolio at any time; its public page closes immediately
• The reporting-coverage log is not user-deletable. Periods with no incoming data stay on record, and the system is designed so that a maximum drawdown already recorded is not reduced by re-importing history. This rule exists so the numbers here can be relied on

• Plans differ by how many portfolios you may publish and by support level. The tools are identical on every plan
• The free plan never expires and needs no card
• Paid plans bill per cycle (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in US dollars and may attract taxes or payment-provider fees where the law requires
• You may cancel at any time. Access runs to the end of the cycle you already paid for, and you are not charged again. If you change plan mid-cycle, how the difference is charged is shown before you confirm
• If your portfolios exceed your plan, nothing is deleted — the extra ones are paused until you choose which to keep or upgrade
• Paid cycles are not refunded pro rata. When you cancel you keep access until that cycle ends, unless consumer law where you live says otherwise

• A trading account opened through our link and still under our introduction is entitled to the service with no monthly fee, and that portfolio does not count toward any plan quota
• The entitlement follows the account's IB status. If the account moves away from our introduction, is closed, or the broker ends the agreement, the entitlement ends and the portfolio counts toward your plan again
• We may verify status with brokers from time to time, and may ask for confirming details such as an account number
• Giving false information to obtain this entitlement is grounds for immediate suspension

• Software we deliver is licensed to you personally, not sold, and the licence is not transferable
• A licence may be bound to a trading account number and/or the installing machine, as stated when it is issued
• You may not copy it for distribution, resell, rent, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify it to bypass licence checks
• The licence ends immediately if you breach this clause, or when an entitlement tied to a partner broker ends
• The Track reporting EA is read-only: it places no orders and needs no account password

You agree not to:

• Publish trading data that is not yours, or present someone else's record as your own
• Use a performance page to raise funds, manage other people's money, or solicit investment without the licence your jurisdiction requires
• State or imply that MySignalsFX guarantees returns, endorses a strategy, or holds client money
• Extract data automatically at scale (scraping) without our written permission
• Attempt to breach the system, probe for vulnerabilities, overload it, or reach another user's data
• Use the service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful activity

The website, software, name, logo, design and the content we create are the property of MySignalsFX. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

You keep ownership of your trading data and anything you upload (a logo, a strategy description), and grant us the right to display it according to your settings.

• You may close your account at any time; all your public pages stop being reachable
• We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, use that harms others, or where the law requires. We will give a reason where we reasonably can
• We may discontinue or change parts of the service, and will try to give reasonable notice where paying users are affected
• Data from a closed account is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free or continuously available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from your trading, for decisions you or anyone else makes after reading data here, for the conduct of third-party brokers, or for indirect loss, lost expected profit, and data loss caused by events beyond our control.

Where liability does arise, our total liability is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event (which is zero for free-plan users and anyone who has paid us nothing).

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

• We may revise these terms as the service changes. We update the date at the top of this page and notify paying users of significant changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the revision
• These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction
• If any clause is void or unenforceable, the rest remains in force
